Hey, I'm Marianne and I can't wait to help you start to be kinder to yourself and understand yourself better with more kindness. I absolutely LOVE running my 5-day challenges and I'm confident you'll LOVE it too! 

Nice to "meet" you. I'm a Qualified and Experienced Clinical Psychologist. I specialise in working with adults who experienced challenging or traumatic childhoods, often when people don't even realise they have experienced trauma. I have built my skills, experience and success in working with clients in both the NHS and in Private Practice. 

 

It's likely that you're here because you're struggling and you'd like to Feel Better......

 

  • Maybe you're fed up with trying to find ways to distract yourself from the things you think and remember? 
  • Or maybe you've had enough of being triggered so easily by the things you see, hear, taste or feel?

My 5-day Feel Better Challenge is running from Monday 27/09/2021 to Friday 01/10/2021. 

 

Each day there will be a new task and activity to try to keep moving towards our goal of starting to help you to feel better. 

 

Plus I'll be in the group every day to help you all along the way and to make sure you get the most from taking part.

 

Don't worry, there's ZERO facetime for you and the group will be private.
