Nice to "meet" you. I'm a Qualified and Experienced Clinical Psychologist. I specialise in working with adults who experienced challenging or traumatic childhoods. I have built my skills, experience and success in working with clients in both the NHS and in Private Practice.

Each day there will be a new task and activity to try to keep moving towards our goal of starting to help you to feel better. 

 

Plus I'll be in the group every day to help you all along the way and to make sure you get the most from taking part.

 

Don't worry, there's ZERO facetime for you and the group will be private.
