Welcome to our Independent Psychological Therapists Festive Social & Networking Event!

Hosted in a modern, vibrant recently refurbished venue with a private space for us. This event is intentionally curated with connection in mind:

You’ll get a chance to share a soft bio in advance to help us introduce you to like-minded peers
Curated “connection corners” based on your area of work or where you are in your practice journey: whether just starting out, scaling up, or mentoring others.
Shared among a vibrant, select group of HCPC or registered psychologists who just get it!
This will be our 4th event and we love hosting you! Whether you've been before or you're brand new, you're so welcome, and we can't wait to connect!

Can I claim this event as a business expense?

Yes! If you're attending in a professional capacity (which you are!), this is typically considered a legitimate business expense. It's a networking and professional development opportunity tailored to HCPC-registered psychologists and MH professionals, but always check with your accountant if you're unsure.

Will I be able to share contact details and collaborate with others?

Absolutely. Since our first event, attendees have gone on to record podcasts together, launch joint ventures, feature in one another’s memberships, plan retreats and more. We're all about sparking meaningful collaborations and connections. We LIVE for this stuff and we would love to have you on board too!

What if I don’t know anyone there?

Perfectly okay! Many people come solo! Our soft bios and connection corners are designed to make it easy to meet others with similar interests or stages of practice. You’ll be welcomed with open arms and we pretty much guarantee you won't leave still not knowing anyone!

Which Professions is this for?

Our events are designed for and attended by HCPC-registered / professionally qualified psychologists in independent practice.

Can I attend if I’m new to private work or only working part-time?

Yes this event is for HCPC-registered practitioner psychologists at all stages of their independent practice journey. Whether you’re newly qualified, part-time, transitioning from employed work, or fully established, you’ll be warmly welcomed and supported.

I have dietary requirements — can you accommodate them?

Yes! Just let us know when you book. The venue caters for a wide range of dietary needs, including vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options.

Might Sound Like a Silly Question - But What Should I wear?

Not a Silly Question at all! Please wear whatever you feel comfortable in. At our last Festive Event in 2024 there was a bit of sparkle in some people's outfits, but there isn't a theme as such. You can see from the group photos on this page that there's a real variety in people's outfits.

What if I can no longer attend? Can I get a refund?

We know that life can be unpredictable. If you're no longer able to attend, we offer a 50% refund if you let us know at least 5 weeks before the event.

That’s because by that point we will already have invested time and resources into planning the event and confirming final numbers with the venue, who require full payment one month in advance.

Unfortunately, cancellations made after 31/10/2025 are non-refundable, because we have already committed to your place.

However, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to another HCPC-registered psychologist. If you're unable to attend, just drop us an email with their name and contact details so we can update our guest list.
