Testimonials
Here's what some real people have said about these courses!
Feel Better Academy Aspiring Psych Client
"The Feel Better Academy is so good for me as an aspiring psychologist. It's great for me to learn strategies - some of which I'd never heard of before. I can use these for my own well-being and also to teach clients and team members too."
Mike
Aspiring Psychologist
"The Understanding Medication course is so helpful to understand factors to bring up in therapy e.g. around symptoms, and to understand medical notes.
It is split into sections and informed me of the type of meds used for specific diagnoses and common side effects. It's a very useful overview of meds that I have heard of but never really knew."
Rasi
Trainee Psychologist
"The meds course material was clear and very well paced. It wasn't overwhelming, but enough knowledge to understand MDT discussions and clients' medication. I found all the information was useful. Also, it was good to learn how to pronounce some of the medication properly! For anyone stepping in to mental health environment, especially an inpatient unit or adult mental health team, having this information would help to understand the MDT conversations and feel more competent when working with clients."
